Joseph Krivickas is the CEO of SmartBear Software, Inc. He is an information technology industry President and CEO who has been involved in leading organizations through many different phases of growth and restructuring which resulted in: the sale of Bluestone Software (NASDAQ: BLSW) to HP (NYSE: HPQ), the sale of Segue Software (NASDAQ: SEGU) to Borland (NASDAQ: BORL) and the sale of FAST (Oslo BORS: FAST) to Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT). He served as an officer in the Army National Guard’s reconnaissance infantry and holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from the University of Scranton and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Christian Leadership Alliance and Azusa Pacific University's Engstrom Institute. He and his family reside in Winchester, Massachusetts.
