Gordon College Retirement Plan
Gordon provides a 403(b) defined contribution retirement plan through TIAA-CREF. Participation is voluntary after age 25 and is mandatory at age 39. Participants contribute 5% of salary on a tax deferred basis that is matched by a 10% contribution from Gordon.

A Group Supplemental Annuity Plan (GSRA) offers opportunities for further tax-defereed investment through TIAA-CREF. Contributions to the GSRA are made entirely by the employee.

Gordon College makes monthly contributions to the Emeriti Health Account for all fulltime employees over the age of 39 which will be available to employees who retire from Gordon. Fulltime faculty and staff may also contribute to the Emeriti program on a voluntary basis.
