CLINICAL SERVICES
The Center for Balance, Mobility and Wellness is a physical therapy clinic housed on Gordon's campus. The new location at the Brigham Athletic Complex is conveniently situated on the outer portion of the campus allowing for easy access to the facility. 

THE CENTER FOR BALANCE, MOBILITY & WELLNESS OFFERS:

Comprehensive Evaluation

• Physical therapy consultation
• Fall risk assessment / fall prevention
• Computerized dynamic posturography

Customized Physical Therapy

• Balance retraining
• Canalith repositioning
• Electrical stimulation
• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Neuromuscular reeducation
• Functional mobility training

Patient Education

• Individualized home exercise program
• Suggested environmental & behavioral modifications
• Three months follow-up to monitor home program compliance and maintenance of goals achieved

INTERNSHIPS: As kinesiology majors, students can join the Center as interns in their junior or senior year. An internship provides the opportunity for the students to connect academic understanding with hands-on clinical experience.
