Mrs. Mary M. Shahian

Mary Shahian currently serves as managing director at Daintree Advisors. She previously served as senior vice president at Wachovia. Until late 2003 she was a senior financial advisor at Tanager Financial Services. Mary has specialized in providing comprehensive investment and financial services to high-net-worth individuals with the goal of allowing families to grow, protect and maintain their wealth.

Prior to joining Tanager, Mary established the New England office for Ronald Blue & Company. In addition, she has managed personal trust investments at Bank of Boston and pension accounts at First Chicago Corporation. Previous experience includes investment analysis and teaching on the college and corporate levels as well as lecturing nationally on estate planning, wealth transfer and money management for women.

Mary also serves as a director and treasurer of Marketplace Network and as a member of the Board of Adolescent Consultation Services, which provides services for court-involved youth and their families.

Mary and her husband, David, have three children.

The Shahians attend Grace Chapel in Lexington, Massachusetts.
