Brad Warner is a native of Fairfield, Connecticut. He graduated from Brown University with honors in American civilization and he went on to The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his M.B.A. and was elected to the National Honor Society.
Brad joined the First National Bank of Boston in 1975 and began a 30-year career in financial services. He served in several leadership roles at FNBB, then Bank of Boston and finally BankBoston. At FleetBoston Brad served as vice chairman and head of personal banking. At Bank of America Brad led small business/premier banking.
Upon leaving banking, Brad and his wife, Pam, established the Warner Family Foundation. Brad serves as chair of the foundation, which leverages both financial capital and leadership expertise to assist Christian organizations to achieve their visions.
Brad, his wife, Pam, and their two sons attend the South Shore Baptist Church in Hingham, Massachusetts, where they make their home.
