REFUND POLICY
The activity fee of $728 ($740 for 2009-2010 academic year) for PE016 or the incurred fees due to dropping PE016 will be charged to the first College bill after the completion of the expedition. Since most of the expenses are incurred in preparation for the course, the following graduated fee policy has been set:

  • Dropping PE016 60-30 days before the trip will incur a $200 late-drop fee.
  • Dropping PE016 less than 30 days before the trip will incur a $300 late-drop fee.
  • Failure to arrive for a confirmed space will incur a late-drop fee of the full $728 ($740 for 2009-2010 academic year) expedition price.

Please note: To drop PE016, a Drop Form must be signed by Rich Obenschain in the La Vida Office and then submitted to the Registrar's Office.

If you are off campus due to summer break, you must provide the La Vida Office and Registrar's Office written notification of your intention to drop, and receive confirmation that the drop request was accepted. Send notification in the form of a letter or email. Students who do not notify both offices will incur a failure-to-arrive late-drop fee of $728 ($740 for 2009-2010 academic year).
