To support this aspect of our conversations, please review Gordon College’s Statement of Faith. There’s a lot here! You might have questions, and we are happy to talk with you.

Before a hire is complete a prospective employee will be asked to agree to, abide by, respect and reflect these values in both their conduct on campus and behavior and communications elsewhere.
You may review the college’s Life and Conduct Statement at any time. This document outlines our principles and approaches for working in the community.

All positions at Gordon College require applicants to pass a criminal background check as a condition of employment. The background check includes a review of any pending charges or convictions. Once a conditional offer of employment is extended, the college utilizes the services of a third-party agency to conduct a criminal background check. Gordon also reserves the right to expand the background check if applicable (e.g., a Department of Transportation search for positions that require driving).

Gordon College is an equal-opportunity employer. Qualified applicants for employment will receive consideration without discrimination on the basis of race, color, gender, age, national origin or disability.
