International Resources

All new international students are requested to contact Arlyne Sargent, International Student Advisor prior to Orientation. International students may arrive as early as Tuesday, August 16 and attend the following events:

Tuesday, August 16–Thursday, August 18: New international students can move into their residence halls. Meal vouchers will be provided for Lane Dining Services.
Thursday, August 18: All new international students are invited to meet each other and Gordon College ISO (International Student Organization) student leaders at an informal welcome dinner at 5:30 p.m.
Friday, August 19: International Student Orientation from 10a.m.–2 p.m. in the Tavilla Conference Room. The International Student Orientation will cover U.S. laws governing visa students, academic and cultural issues and offer perspectives from returning Gordon College international students. Lunch will be provided. After orientation there will be an optional shopping trip for supplies.
