  • Senior Seminar (KIN 491) (2)

Professional Kinesiology concentration

  • Disorders of Voluntary Movement (KIN 350) (4)

  • Two of the following (8): Clinical Gait Biomechanics (KIN 420), Clinical Exercise Physiology (KIN 423), Neurophysiologic Bases for Movement (KIN 450)

  • One of the following (4): Exercise Testing and Prescription, Strength Training and Conditioning for Fitness and Sport Performance

  • General Chemistry I (CHE 111) (4)

  • General Physics I (PHY 111) (4)

  • Biostatistics (MAT 220) (4)


Students from other majors are welcome to consider completing a minor in Kinesiology. Those wishing to earn a kinesiology minor must complete the following courses (minimum of 20 credits):

  • KIN/BIO213 Human Anatomy and Physiology I
  • KIN/BIO214 Human Anatomy and Physiology II
  • Minimum of 12 credits of Kinesiology electives at 300-level or above
