For new Fall Term students, International Student Pre-Orientation programming occurs just before general new student Orientation, and is meant to provide you with additional time and important information as you transition. International Student Orientation runs from 5 p.m. on Wednesday August 17, 2016, through Friday August 19, 2016. It is mandatory for all Visa students. Other students who are US Citizens but are living abroad are not required to attend, but are encouraged to join us as well.

Before you arrive to campus, there are a few important tasks for you to accomplish:

1Work with International Student Services to complete all Visa requirements and paperwork. Contact our International Student Specialist for assistance at .

2Once you know your travel plans, request a free International Student Airport Pickup. If you will NOT be needing transportation, please email the International Student Specialist at .

3Using the New Student Wizard, set up your Gordon username and email. You will need your birthdate and student ID to complete this step. Your student ID will be emailed to you.

4Begin working through GC101. GC101 is an online “pre-orientation” introduction to the College. We’ve included a wide-range of information that will make your transition to Gordon as smooth as possible. There are several tasks that you will need to complete which are outlined in this program.
