International Student Deposit

Deposit through CashNet:

1. Go to https://my.gordon.edu/ics  (or just click the green button below!)
2. Log in (in the upper left corner):
   • Find your unique 8-digit Gordon College ID number in an email from your Admissions Counselor or your SEVIS Advisor
   • Your username is your Gordon College ID number (8-digit number, such as 59999999)
   • Your temporary password is your Gordon College ID number preceded by the letters "Gcc" (e.g. Gcc59999999)
   • Or, if you have already set up your Gordon College login and password for some reason (for example: you're a "dual enrollment" high school student who is already taking a Gordon College course), then you should use the password that you have already established.  Click "My Password" on the left menu, if you're having trouble remembering eveyrthing.  And, email [email protected] with a screenshot of the error message, if you're still unable to login properly.  Have patience - we will get you logged in soon!  
3. Click on “CASHNet” on the left-hand menu
4. Click on "Make a Payment" on the left-hand menu
5. Click on “Deposits” and proceed to make the payment (choose international transaction if you do wire transfer; but if you have a US bank account, you can choose "visa" so it can be faster.)

MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT

You have the option to pay online by three different methods.

• Debit or credit card: When you are paying the $3,000 international student deposit, we waive the normal 2.75% fee (an $82 savings).
• Checking Account: This is U.S. currency from a bank account based in the United States.
• Foreign Currency: For this option, you will be doing a bank-to-bank transfer from a non-U.S. bank to Gordon College's bank, through Western Union services.
