Biblical Reflections on Leadership Transitions

In 2011, The Presidential Transition Team at Gordon College drafted a document that reviews biblical and theological insights regarding leadership transitions within the Christian tradition on the occasion of the election of Gordon’s eighth president, D. Michael Lindsay. We hope these reflections not only serve the Gordon College community but also other campuses and communities who want to think theologically about the challenges and opportunities that emerge when a leadership transition occurs.
