Group Exercise Schedule

BOXING/X-TRAIN  
Tuesday and Thursday  
7 a.m.–8 a.m.  
Bruce  
Boxing/X-Train is the ultimate circuit class combining boxing drills, killer cardio and dynamic strength exercise. This is an all levels class, but prepare to burn maximum calories and be pushed to your limits!

STOTT PILATES  
Monday and Wednesday  
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

THis class is great for building core strength while increasing overall strength, mobility, flexibility and toning.

POWER YOGA  
Monday and Wednesday  
8–9 a.m.

This all levels yoga class will be taught in a vinyasa flow style that keeps you moving, stretching and challenging your balance. Poses will increase flexibility and build strength while relaxing your mind.

ZUMBA®  
Monday and Wednesday  
4:30–5:30 p.m.

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. THe goal of Zumba is to keep you moving and to have fun with it, so come join the party.
