Haig Point is a stunning and unique Rees Jones Signature Course. Jones originally designed the course in 1986, and in 2007, came back to maintain the course's integrity by assisting with renovations. The 20-hole Signature Course highlights some of Daufuskie Island's most stunning views. Rees Jones, the legendary architect of the course, said, "I had never seen a property quite like Haig Point—with such a pristine setting and all the elements to create a great golf course. It has the ocean, the sound, the marshes, fantastic vegetation—I knew when I first saw it we could build a world-class golf course.” Haig Club has been recognized on many lists including:

Melrose Golf Course
Also on the Daufuskie Island is the Melrose Golf Course, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. The first 15 holes highlight the beauty of the South Carolina marshland, while the grand finale includes playing alongside the Atlantic Ocean. Jeffrey A. Rendell, a writer for Travelgolf.com, says, "When you combine the peace and quiet with the beauty of the surrounding landscape, Melrose offers quite a complete golf outing."
Bloody Point Golf Course
The third course we’ll play on Daufuskie is Bloody Point, recently re-designed by the 20-time PGA Tour winner Davis Love III. The course blends right into its natural environment where it highlights stunning views of the ocean, river, lagoon, and marshes. There are countless species of wildlife that can be seen on the course including the bald eagle that has made a home on the 6th hole.
