Equip exists to provide space for high school students to explore what they believe, why they believe it, and how to best live that out in the world. The Equip schedule is designed to incorporate each of these elements.

Tom is a graduate of The University of Georgia (BA), Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.Div.), The University of Edinburgh (Th.M.) and is completing a Ph.D. in Homiletics at The London School of Theology and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Director of Discipleship
Lauren is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College (BA) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where she received her MA in Counseling. She brings to her role at Gordon College a fusion of spiritual formation and psychology and a passion for inspiring others to pursue an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
