Who is Equip for?
Equip is for any high school students who seek to deepen their Christian faith and prepare for thriving in life and college.

Where is Equip held?
Equip is hosted by Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. Gordon is just north of Boston and is minutes from the Atlantic Ocean on a beautiful 450-acre New England campus.

When is Equip 2018?
This year's Equip Program will take place June 24–30, 2018. Check-in time is 1–3 p.m. on Sunday and the program concludes at 9 a.m. on Saturday.

When is the Equip registration deadline?
June 1, 2018

How much does Equip cost?
The weeklong Equip experience costs $750.

What does the cost include?

  • Learning from and building friendships with Gordon faculty, staff and students
  • Housing

  • All activities, local excursions and social events

If I cancel my Equip registration will my payment be refunded?
Yes, but your refund is contingent upon the date that you cancel. If you cancel before June 15, 2018 you will receive all of your money back except for $150 nonrefundable deposit. If you cancel after June 15, 2018, then none of your payment will be refunded.

Who are the Equip Summer Staff?
Equip Summer Staff are a carefully selected group of Gordon College students who love Jesus and are gifted student ministry leaders. In addition, Gordon’s Chaplain, Tom Haugen and Director of Discipleship, Lauren Becker will be present during the entire Equip experience.

How do I arrange transportation to and from Equip?
The Equip team will only provide transportation to and from Logan International Airport. Make sure you indicate this on the registration form. If you have already submitted your registration form, please email .

What is the best time to depart from Logan Airport after Equip concludes?
If students are traveling on a domestic flight, we recommend that you choose a flight that departs Logan at 11 a.m. or later. If you are traveling on an international flight, we recommend that you choose a flight that departs Logan Airport at 12 p.m. or later. 

How are students housed?
Students will be housed in Chase Hall, an on-campus suite-style residence for underclassmen. Students will have one–two roommates. Floors are separated by gender, so there will be no co-ed floors.

What do I need to bring?

  • Sheets, blanket and towel will be provided
  • Casual dress (shorts and t-shirts)
  • Bathing suit and beach towel
  • Comfortable footwear
  • Raincoat
  • Sweatshirt or lightweight fleece
  • Sunscreen and bug spray
  • Toiletries
  • Bible (you will be given a journal)
  • Pen
  • Optional spending money for Gordon College Bookstore (snacks, clothing, etc.)
