San Diego Dead Sea Scrolls

On October 21, 40 Gordon alumni and family members visited the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit at the San Diego Natural History Museum. Our guide for the event was respected Gordon Biblical Studies professor Dr. Elaine Phillips; because of her extensive knowledge of the geography of Israel and Hebrew language the group was treated to an incredible tour. Following the tour our group gathered outside on the Balboa Park grounds to socialize and hear more thoughts from Dr. Phillips.
