WHAT IS THE CORPORATE FITNESS CONCENTRATION?

The corporate fitness concentration prepares students to work in corporate and commercial fitness settings, developing exercise and wellness programming for company employees and clients.

  • ECB 201 Principles of Microeconomics
  • ECB 217 Principles of Accounting
  • ECB 245 Principles of Management
  • ECB 277 Principles of Marketing

Kinesiology majors interested in this concentration should also consider obtaining a business minor. Specific paradigms for this minor are determined with the Department of Economics and Business.

DO I HAVE TO MAJOR IN KINESIOLOGY TO STUDY CORPORATE FITNESS?

The Corporate Fitness concentration was designed specifically for kinesiology majors. Students interested in preparing themselves for careers in corporate fitness should consider earning at least a minor in kinesiology and business
