Director of Career Services
Pam Lazarakis has worked in Career Services since 1998. She is a Gordon Alumna and majored in Biblical and Theological Studies and completed the secondary education requirements in social studies. Her more recent studies have been in leadership and business ethics and she has special interests in the following career topics: the theology of work, best practices for facilitating student and alumni connections for career advancement, and helping others find effective strategies for presenting their credentials and experiences to employers in cover letters, resumes and interviews.

Internship Developer and Coordinator
Aaron began working in Career Services in 2016. Prior to beginning this role, he served as an Associate Consultant with Beacon Hill Staffing Group, assisting job-seekers with employment leads, resume reviews, interview preparation, and contract negotiation. Aaron is a graduate of Gordon College and in his time as a student, served as a Presidential Fellow, GCSA Representative, and Chapel Office Intern. His other experience includes working as a Research Analyst for Sales Research Group, Human Resources Generalist for Care Dimensions, and worship leader at multiple churches. Outside of work, he currently spends a bulk of his time wedding planning with his fiancée, Rachel, but occasionally finds moments to write and record music, pretend he’s a half-decent cook, and take long road trips.
Office Manager and Technology Support
Hillary joined the Career Services department in 2016. She is a Gordon alumna (’05) who majored in Youth Ministries and Biblical and Theological Studies. She served for a number of years in various aspects of vocational ministry including youth ministry and church health, and most recently as a trained spiritual director working both within and without the believing community. She is passionate about Christ-centered leadership, stewardship, and organizational dynamics, and began pursuing her MBA in 2016. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, hiking, teaching yoga, documentaries, savoring coffee breaks, and the New York Times crossword puzzle. Hillary and her husband, Matthew (’05), and their two children live in Haverhill, MA.
