Gordon and non-Gordon students are invited to spend the summer at Gordon in Boston. A variety of options are available. Live at the Gordon in Boston Parish House and take the two-week, 4-credit BUS325 Church in the City with Rev. Dr. Craig McMullen, Director of the Boston and veteran of twenty years of urban minister. Plus take a 14 week, 4-credit BUS 425 Urban Internships and Seminar in a professional field of your choice. Or just rent a room at Gordon in Boston for the summer. Live and learn in the city this summer!

Summer Term Course
BUS325 Church in the City (4 cr), May 17–28, 2010
8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.This course takes up the mission and vision of the church from the context of the emerging urban reality around the world. With the unique context of the Gordon in Boston program and the Boston Project Ministries, BUS325 Church in the City provides students with opportunities to observe and learn directly from local church leaders and their ministries.

Summer Intership
BUS425 Urban Internships and Seminar (4 cr), May 17–August 17, 2010.
These internships are two days a week professional placements are designed to enhance the students career path. A weekly seminar allows students to reflect and process their work experience and connect it to their life's purpose and calling. Students are required to complete 168 total hours (12 hours a week). This allows for needed free time for part-time employment and enjoying the city of Boston while living at Gordon in Boston Parish House dorm.
