GROUP FITNESS FALL 2017

FEES

  • Gordon College Students: $50/semester (unlimited classes)
  • Members: $50/10 class package
  • Non-Members: $75/10 class package
  • Register at the Gordon College Bennett Center (cash/check)


SESSION DETAILS

  • Classes begin September 5, 2017 & Classes end/packages expire December 14, 2017.
  • Classes will not be held October 18-19 (Quad Break), November 7 (Day of Prayer), or November 22-23 (Thanksgiving Recess). 

(No refunds will be issued for Group Fitness purchases.)


YOGA: All levels power yoga class that keeps you moving, stretching, and challenging your balance.

ZUMBA: Zumba® is a Latin-based dance fitness program that works every part of the body with fun rhythms.

TABATA: A high-intensity interval class (HIIT) where you'll spend 20 seconds in a high-intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.

BURN & FIRM: A full-body strength training workout using a variety of equipment. No muscle gets neglected!

BARRE: Using ballet inspired motion and small isometric movements, you'll develop better body awareness, toned muscles, and great posture.
