Highlights

  • Outreach Teams, which are student-led service teams, served at 19 sites around the North Shore. These sites include local farms, churches, ministries, community art centers, after school youth programs, senior day centers, and programs for disabled youth and adults. 
  • During the spring semester, 19 student teams from The Great Conversation first-year seminar course served weekly at various sites in Lynn through the Gordon in Lynn program.
  • The College Bound Program, which serves students from Lynn's Curwin Circle, expanded to include middle school students. In total, over 50 students from Lynn, ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade, participated in the program. 
  • The American Chemical Society Chapter at Gordon tutored weekly in Lynn, MA this year through the La Vida program. Students assisted with subject tutoring and SAT prep. 
  • Alzheimer's Buddies, which is a group of mainly pre-med students,<
