APPLICATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA
After fulfilling all College admission requirements, students are awarded A. J. Gordon Scholarships on the basis of academic achievement and church and community involvement. Scholarship recipients are automatically invited into the A. J. Gordon Honors Program and asked to participate in an on-campus Honors Program Day during their senior year in high school.

WHAT MAKES THE A.J. GORDON HONORS PROGRAM SPECIAL?
A J. Gordon Honors Scholars explore their direction and calling by tailoring enriched academic and professional development options to their specific strengths and interests, making connections and proposing solutions that address contemporary issues. The program's goal is to develop each student's scholarship and creativity as a basis for leading meaningful change in the realm to which God calls them. Leadership development takes place in the context of the Christian liberal arts, study-abroad opportunities, and research and service projects developed by each student. Students do real-life work and gain real-life experience.

WHO ARE THE A.J. GORDON HONORS SCHOLARS?
A. J. Gordon Honors Scholars are students in every academic discipline who have the potential to emerge as leading scholars and people of influence for their generation. There are up to 160 resident A. J. Gordon Honors Scholars each year, with between 30-40 students joining annually.
WHAT DO A.J. GORDON HONORS SCHOLARS DO?
