Where did you grow up and what high school did you go to? I grew up in Gorham, Maine and went to Gorham High School. I’ve heard you’ve traveled to some pretty cool places. I loved skiing in Argentina in July; exploring the street markets in Thailand; eating lobster on the beach, watching the sunset in Deer Isle, Maine.
Do you have a favorite book? And what’s playing on your iPod right now? I love Jayber Crow by Wendell Berry. And my iPod? I’m listening to Passion Pit, Ray Lamontagne, Radiohead, Van Morrison, and Ordinary Time.
Favorite sport? I love to ski and hike. I played soccer while attending Gordon and I miss my soccer days. I still watch as many Fighting Scots soccer games on the quad as I can during the fall!
Favorite beach? Crane Beach in Ipswich.
There always seems to be a lot going on at Gordon. What’s your favorite thing to do on campus? I really enjoy snowshoeing on the trails in the Gordon woods in the winter and running there during the fall when the leaves are turning. It is beautiful!
Why was Gordon the best fit for you? I come from a Gordon family. My grandfather, parents, aunts and uncles and sister have all attended Gordon over the years. It has been a place of great impact and importance to my family and to me!
